About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Call Center Representative to join our Atlanta team and assist with client communication, scheduling, and event-related inquiries. The Call Center Representative will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide information to clients, help schedule appointments, and support our event teams with communication needs.


Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information to clients
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, schedules, and event details
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and route calls to the correct team
  • Update records, logs, and internal systems after each call
  • Assist client services and event teams with communication follow-ups
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and handling multiple calls
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly attitude
