About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our Austin team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, guests, and internal teams, providing high-quality support before, during, and after events. Responsibilities
- Assist clients and customers with questions, requests, and general support needs
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and service documentation
- Support event teams with customer-related coordination and assistance
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal departments
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
