About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our Austin team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, guests, and internal teams, providing high-quality support before, during, and after events. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients and customers with questions, requests, and general support needs
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
  • Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and service documentation
  • Support event teams with customer-related coordination and assistance
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal departments

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
