About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Event Staff to support our team during on-site events and activations throughout Cincinnati. As Event Staff, you will help set up, manage, and support event operations to ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Support registration, check-in, and guest assistance
- Help manage event materials, equipment, and displays
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees
- Follow instructions from event leads and supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working with the public
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs if needed
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
