About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our Miami, FL team and help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. The Warehouse Worker will assist with receiving, organizing, preparing, and shipping event materials and equipment. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize event materials and equipment
• Prepare inventory for upcoming events and deliveries
• Pack, label, and stage items for shipment or transport
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Assist with inventory counts and basic tracking
• Support event teams with equipment preparation and returns

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Warehouse, logistics, or labor experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Basic organizational skills
